I can provide personal coaching to achieve any of these goals. Specialising in physical preparation and strength training for road and off road events or if you're just wanting to get running.

As part of my training plans I will provide you with insights into good run technique, nutrition and injury preventing strength training

2 month plan - £90

Includes a one off plan specific to your goal (limited to one goal)
Face - Face coaching

1-1 coached session - £45 per hour

Small group (up to 5) - £75 per hour

Includes a coached session, advice on form, take away guidance and exercises
Virtual Coaching - charged at £85 per month
​
Includes a plan with strength conditioning, regular email correspondence, regular catch up call, analysis of results, scheduled testing.
