  • Each race is different and requires different training

  • Each person has their own strengths and weaknesses

  • Each person has their own goals - beat their time or just finish

  • The content of each plan can be fluid depending on what the client wants to achieve

Off the shelf plans do not offer this personalisation.

All training support including: the plan, daily sessions, assessments (included in coaching packages or offered as a standalone service - see Running Coaching):  Cadence, agility, balance, coordination, hill running, foot strike, core/trunk strength. Swim drills and cycle proficiency and power testing.

    • - Cycling session either in person or virtual
    • - General guidance on triathlon and takeaway work ons

Payments will be made every month until cancelled and this has been agreed by both parties. You will not be entitled to a refund if you cancel or for any other reason.

Couple Running

ONE OFF PROGRAMMES

If you would rather a tailored programme and no direct coaching then this option may be best for you.

 

The cost of these are dependent on the race or goal and the time required leading up to it.

 

I will still review your individual circumstances and the requirements of the race in developing the programme.

 

 

PLAN OPTIONS

​For a tailored triathlon or multi-discipline plan with no coaching, plan based on goals:

  • 6 month plan - £260​
